FAQ

 

1. How many times are stock picks sent out during the week?

 

Emails to our members are sent out several days of the week, usually every trading day (weekday). We have a new pick for each week by each Tuesday, but usually by Monday before 9 a.m. Sometimes new picks will be sent over the weekend.

 

2. How much money should I invest in each stock?

 

This is an excellent question. One needs to consider that microcap/penny stocks are less liquid than NYSE or Nasdaq CM stocks, meaning there is less dollar volume. You will need to use  an amount of money for each stock you buy that you feel comfortable with. In most cases, I personally won't put more than $1,000 in any single microcap stock. However, this is entirely up to you. This needs to be risk capital, not your "nest egg" money.

 

3. Do you provide personalized customer support?

 

Absolutely. You don't have to worry about sending off emails to some disinterested geek who isn't interested in helping you grow as an investor. We are "regular joes" & we actually enjoy tending to our members. We typically answer all emails within 2-3 hours.

 

4. How exactly does your billing & refund policy work?

 

You will be billed monthly from the date you join as a paid Microcap Millionaire member. For instance, if you join on March 20, you will billed every month thereafter on the 20th.

 

For refunds & cancellations, you can cancel any time. Simply email us at microcapmillionaires@yahoo.com and inform us of your wish to cancel. No explanation is needed. You will be refunded for your most recent month of service. For instance, if you signed up in January and canceled 5 weeks later, you will be refunded your second subscription fee. Your first months payment will not be refunded however, since you have been a member for more than 30 days.

 

5. Can I use your service for a retirement fund?

 

Yes, but only if you grasp the reality that we recommend high risk/high reward type of stocks. This means that you should not entirely depend on our picks if you do not have another strategy (conservative) already in place.

 

6. I am very busy, and can only get on a computer for a short period of time on most days. Can I still use your service beneficially?

 

Absolutely. You can place orders for stocks before the market opens & we send most of our picks in aftermarket hours. Keep in mind that sometimes intraday picks are sent if we see a huge opportunity for our members.
